These terms apply to purchases made on yaguarbeats.com, operated under the trade name YAGUAR beats. The legal details of the operating entity are available on request at hi@yaguarbeats.com.
Licenses
Each purchase grants the license described on the licenses page. The license agreement for every beat is delivered as a PDF on your private order page.
Payments
Payments are processed by PayPal in US dollars. Files unlock as soon as PayPal confirms the payment. If PayPal places a payment in review, downloads unlock when it clears.
Refunds
Because beats are digital goods delivered instantly, purchases are final once the files have been downloaded. If something is wrong with your files, write to hi@yaguarbeats.com and it will be solved.
Free downloads
Tagged versions offered for free may be used only for demos and non-profit purposes, crediting "Prod. by YAGUAR". Any commercial release requires a paid license.
